Director’s Resignation from the Board of CanaDream Corporation
Mr Brian Gronberg, President and CEO of CanaDream Corporation regretfully announces that Mr Pat Kelly has requested for personal and family reasons to resign from the board effective January 31st, 2005.
Mr Kelly has been a valued member of the Board and Audit committee since June 2001. Mr Kelly’s position on the Audit committee will be assumed by Mr Gerry Wood, President and Director of the Wood Automotive Group and Board member since October 2003.
The Board would like to thank Mr Kelly for his contribution and service to the company and wishes Mr Kelly and his family all the best in the coming year.
