CanaDream CFO Resigns
Brian Gronberg, President and CEO of CanaDream Corporation announces that Mrs Kelly Shier CA has resigned from the position of CFO, effective June 30, 2005, the date of substantial completion of the Fiscal 2005 audit, to pursue other career opportunities.
Mrs Shier has been a valued member of the Company since December 2001, when she joined the Company as Controller. She assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer in October, 2003. We would like to thank Kelly for her contribution and service to the Company and wish her all the best. The effective date of her resignation coincides with the substantial completion of the Fiscal 2005 audit. Accordingly, the Company is reviewing its options vis–à–vis the CFO position and an announcement will be made when this review has been completed.
