Come aboard the Jasper SkyTram, the longest and highest guided aerial tramway in Canada. Fun for the whole family, a flight offers panoramic views of six different mountain ranges, the town of Jasper, numerous lakes and the Athabasca River. Gain a new perspective on Jasper National Park, the largest park in the UNESCO Canadian Rockies World Heritage Site and take a flight to 2,263 meters on the longest and highest guided aerial tramway in Canada. Enjoy the alpine tundra and wide array of wildlife.
If you are visiting Jasper in the early season, rent snowshoes to hike Whistlers Mountain. Later in the year, board an evening flight and check out the night sky with Star Sessions

Soar above the park’s sub-alpine vegetation, watching for wildlife down below, as you gently climb towards the upper station located at 2,263 meters (7,425 feet) above sea level. An experienced and knowledgeable guide will accompany you on your flight, sharing insights about the area, its history and the wealth of wildlife nearby. Stroll on the boardwalk and hike the 1.4 km Summit Trail to the top of Whistlers Mountain at 2,463 meters (8,081 feet).

Make sure to stop at the Summit Restaurant to refuel at the top of the Canadian Rockies. Then visit the gift shops at the upper or lower stations, to purchase a souvenir as a memento of your special day.

The Jasper SkyTram is a seasonal operation, open March 20th to November 1st 2020.
