What we are looking for:
We are seeking an intermediate software developer with a robust software development background in multiple different environments and programming languages. We are looking for someone who is driven, curious and possesses a problem-solving mindset to seek out pertinent information from others. The successful incumbent will embrace continuous learning and keep up-to-date with the fast-paced changes made to PHP and Laravel frameworksand the 75+ open source third party software used by our applications.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing, coding, and testing major features to deliver complex changes
  • Defining, designing, and implementing, multi-tiered object-oriented distributed software applications
  • Fixing defects, debugging, testing and adding features to our in-house developed software
  • Maintaining and modifying existing applications
  • Performing maintenance and custom programming for existing version of our in-house computer system
  • Updating CRM functionalities and serve as a consultant to help the sales teams improve the effectiveness of their sales activities
  • Providing design documents and documentation to ensure efficient maintenance and code reuse
  • Providing technical support for in-house developed software used by all the departments at every location
  • Ensuring the functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules and system architecture for each assignment
  • Interacting with key partners and internal users regarding timelines, technical issues, and infrastructure integration
  • Ensuring work progress to schedule and keep internal staff members informed of each project’s progress
  • Providing recommendations for improvements in the overall development process of software applications
  • Staying current with trends, techniques, technology and other factors impacting the job
  • Actively participating in team meetings and offering recommendations /ideas on design projects
  • Monitor the functionality of in-house applications
  • Consulting with our Senor Software Architecture for requirements that would cause a significant change to core components
  • Ensuring the timely maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server databases
  • Other duties as required.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferable
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing
  • Familiarity with the technical aspects of the operating systems like Windows 10, Windows Server 2016+ and to a lesser extent, Linux (Ubuntu 18. 0 and more recent+)
  • A solid understanding of the HTTP, REST, JSON is also a must
  • Work experience in object-oriented design methodology and application development
  • Knowledge of the Delphi programming language is a definite asset
  • Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server as a T-SQL developer and database administrator
  • Good experience writing HTML/CSS web pages
  • Experience with JavaScript and AngularJS is desirable
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to other technical and non-technical staff members
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills
  • Excellent teamwork and team building skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
  • Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Ability to make timely and effective decisions and will have full control on the applications functionality and how to implement new business requirements
  • Positive attitude to effectively handle software application supporting a huge number of undocumented business requirements
  • Mathematical/Logical Reasoning.
