In 2017, CanaDream became part of the Apollo Tourism & Leisure Group, which is a global RV rental & sales specialist.  With a large portion of the Australian and New Zealand market, significant presence across the USA and a growing base across the UK and Europe.  The roads we are exploring continue to expand!

In Canada we have RV Guest and Sales locations that can be found in the major cities: Calgary and Edmonton (Alberta), Delta (British Columbia), Whitehorse (Yukon), Brampton (Ontario), Mirabel (Quebec) and Elmsdale (Nova Scotia).

Our Elmsdale location is the ideal place for our adventure-seeking Guests as there are countless places to visit and discover such as scenic waterfronts, coastal hike trails and untamed wilderness.

Not only are we seeking enthusiastic and happy Guest Service Representatives to deliver Wow to our Guests, Customers and Co-workers every chance they get, we are seeking candidates who think “We are happy to” first and are passionately accountable and resourceful at accomplishing tasks in a confident, humble and trustworthy way.

Job Duties:
  • Review our reservation system throughout the day to add information or check Guests’ arrival and departure information
  • Welcome Guests to CanaDream with a friendly smile
  • Complete check-in procedures and unit pickups according to established standards
  • Present CanaDream’s Guest Guide in a positive manner
  • Build a positive connection with Guests while showing them how the RVs work
  • Conduct the interactive demonstration of the RVs
  • Perform the Front-Line Inspections (quality control step) of the RVs before Guests pick up the RVs
  • Provide accurate information to potential CanaDream Guests, create quotes and complete reservations both in person and over the phone
  • Provide local travel information to Guests picking up
  • Resolve Guests’ complaints and process authorized refunds
  • Notify the RV Technicians or the PDI Technicians if damage has occurred and repair or maintenance is required for the unit
  • Assist the Prep Department with cleaning when required
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Ability to speak a second language is highly desirable; preference given to candidates who can speak German, French, Mandarin, Cantonese or Dutch
  • Excellent, proven customer or guest service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in a hotel or tourism-related business is an asset
  • Must be able to work shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean abstract
