Yes. We are happy to provide 3 in 1 child seats for our Guests for a small fee. During peak season these may be in short supply so we suggest you book these prior to your arrival or bring your own with you. We don't rent portable cribs, strollers or playpens, however our reservations department may be able to give you the name and phone number of companies who can assist with this.

CanaDream's real-time availability and pricing will let you see the price of your RV vacation immediately. We are happy to honour the price you receive on your quote for up to five days from the date of the quote. After five days, the quote will expire and a new quote will be required.
A booking is only confirmed when we receive a $ 500.00 deposit. If the booking date falls 30 days prior to the pick up day, then we will require full payment at the time of booking. Yes. Before boarding the ferry, you must comply with all regulations for the ferry you are travelling on. Please be aware that some ferries within Canada may refuse to carry motorhomes with a propane tank water capacity of more than 65 litres. The propane tanks on all our motorhomes comply with the ferry regulations insofar as fuel capacity is concerned however the water capacity of the propane tank in some of our MHA models do not. If your proposed itinerary includes a ferry crossing, particularly in the province of Quebec, it is important that you advise CanaDream prior to pick up.

Approved spare containers of gasoline are permitted on our ferries, but only in limited amounts. The containers cannot exceed 25L. RVs/vehicles may carry one spare container,
Propane valves must be closed and sealed with the tags issued at the ticket booth, and the cylinders must be upright and firmly secured, to prevent tipping. RVs are permitted a maximum of two cylinders of not more than 25 kg each (50L water capacity each), provided they are connected to a regulator, and secured in or on the vehicle. Recreational vehicles may carry a third cylinder no larger than 15 kg (30L water capacity) for BBQ needs.

Declaration of propane and gasoline:
Marine Atlantic complies with the Canada Shipping Act. In accordance with the Act, vehicles carrying propane must have cylinder valves fully closed before boarding the ship. Passengers must declare all propane and gasoline products they’re carrying and any propane tank will be issued a tag. One tag must be affixed per propane tank once it has been shut off. No gas appliances may be operated while on board.
We will make every effort to ensure the RV you receive complies with ferry regulations however CanaDream cannot be held responsible and will not compensate Guests for any refusal by the ferry company to carry your RV.
At any time prior to pickup, you can prepurchase kilometres for your trip. Our options are:
Upgrade from 100km to 160km per night
Upgrade from 100km to 250km per night
Purchase 500km package
Purchase 800km package
Purchase unlimited kilometres

Normal drop-off times are between 08:00 and 10:00. You do not need to book a time to drop-off your vehicle. Please ensure you are back at your drop-off location and all your possessions are removed from the vehicle no later than 10:00. If you have a late drop-off, this will be noted on your Rental Agreement and, in this instance, you may return your vehicle anytime before 15:00.
Guests are required at pick up to read and sign our "Before you drop off your RV" document. This document is available in English, French, German, Dutch and Simplified Chinese.
If there is any discrepancy between the wording on the English document and that on the French, German, Dutch or simplified Chinese versions, the wording on the English version will apply.
If you have not purchased one of our optional "We are happy to" packages at pick up and choose not to clean your RV prior to drop off, cleaning charges will apply.
