Calgary - Seasonal Guest Service Representatives

CanaDream is a growing, solid company and a market leader in the Canadian recreational vehicle (RV) industry. We have  moved to our new headquarters building near the airport and CrossIron Mills in Balzac. Our new state of the art facility has a beautiful gym and spacious bays, where our guest service representatives work hard and have fun at the same time. Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome guests to CanaDream and complete check-in procedures and RV pickup and/or demonstration according to established standards
  • Welcome guests back to CanaDream and complete RV drop off inspection and/or drop off procedures according to established standards
  • Provide accurate information to potential CanaDream guests, create quotes and complete reservations
  • Embrace CanaDream’s brand voice and best practices
  • Provide guest services including arranging shuttles, providing travel advice, selling kit and extra items and answering guest questions
  • Notify the RV Technician or the PDI Technician if damage has occurred and repair or maintenance is required for the RV
  • Order office supplies, replenish brochures, complete general office tasks including filing, faxing, emailing, scanning and photocopying
  • Perform other duties as required

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Ability to speak a second language is highly desirable; preference given to candidates who can speak German, French or Dutch
  • Excellent, proven customer or guest service and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Flexibility; adaptable and able to multitask
  • Able to work outside in inclement weather
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in a hotel or tourism-related business is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license an asset
