Our most popular service and its no wonder. Guests are required to return their RV clean, so let us take care of the final cleaning of your RV, allowing you to stay in holiday mode to the last minute.  Our Drop & Go service includes:

- Final emptying of holding tanks
- Garbage disposal and recycling

It is common to experience rock chips or windshield cracks when driving on Canadian roads. Protect yourself from expensive windshield repairs by purchasing our Windshield Protection Plan.  Limited to one windshield replacement per trip or up to three stone chip repairs.

Kilometre Packages

Kilometre package options enable you to save money when you travel further than the number of kilometres included in your nightly rate.

At any time up until you pick up your vehicle, you can purchase an unlimited kilometre package.  This package enables you to travel as far as you like for one fixed fee for up to 21 nights.  Travelling for more than 21 nights? No problem - extra nights can be added on a cost per night basis.
At any time up until you pick up your vehicle, you can add additional kilometre packages.  If you do not purchase additional kilometres, you will be charged the current per kilometre rate when you drop off your RV.

Your booking includes 100km per night. If you require more kilometres on your vacation, you can either purchase one of our kilometre packs or upgrade to 160km per night for an additional fee per night.

Bike racks are available for our MHX, MHA, MHB, MHC and SVC vehicles. Not available for DVC and TCA vehicles. *not suitable for e-bikes
We are happy to offer 3 in 1 child seats for our Guests for a small fee. During peak season these may be in short supply so we suggest you book these prior to your arrival or bring your own with you. We do not rent portable cribs, strollers or playpens.
A filter drip coffee maker is included as part of the kitchen kit. Electric coffee makers are also available for a small fee.
For Guests who enjoy hot toast with their breakfast, we are happy to offer electric toaster rental. Please note that you must be plugged into an electrical power source or be using the generator for the toaster to work.
Add a kitchen kit to your booking and we'll equip your RV with everything you'll need to cook and eat in the RV.  Only one kitchen kit is needed per booking.  Click here to see what's included in a CanaDream kitchen kit.
Sitting around the campfire is an important part of the RV experience.  Add lawn chairs to your booking.
For the ultimate in convenience, let us provide you with the bedding you'll need for your RV vacation.  One linen kit is required per person.  Click here to see what's included in a CanaDream linen kit.
Enjoy the luxury of a Nespresso coffee every day on your road trip. The fabulous Nespresso Essenza cofffee machine comes with 20 coffee pods (Arpeggio), is easy to use and delivers the perfect coffee in less than 1 minute.  Additional pods are available at supermarkets or can be purchased from us in packs of 10. RV must be connected to shore power or have the generator running to work the coffee machine.​
An additional overcab mattress is available which fits between the two overcab beds. This converts the overcab bed to one large bed or enables three small children to sleep above the cab. This mattress must be pre-requested and is subject to availability.
Levelling blocks are available to assist you with parking your RV on uneven ground at a campsite.

For your convenience, we offer the following for purchase at our locations:

Only one-ply toilet paper manufactured for marine or RV use is to be used in the RV. Two and three ply paper will clog the waste tanks. Guest are responsible for clearing clogged tanks. For your convenience, we have one-ply toilet paper available for purchase at our RV pick-up locations.
 

Services

It’s our pleasure to offer a range of services  to make the most of your time on the road:

With payment of the one-way fee, you can pick up your RV at one CanaDream location and drop it off at a different location. 
With payment of the one-way fee from Calgary or Edmonton to Vancouver, you can pick up your RV in Calgary/Edmonton and drop it off in Vancouver.

Our regular pick-up times are between 1.00pm and 4.00pm. Get on the road earlier when you select early pick-up for your RV.

*Early Pick Up can only be selected (subject to availability) as an option during Online Check-in. Early Pick Up is not available as a booking option prior to completing Online Check-In. If you are interested in an early pick up, we suggest you complete your online check-in as soon as online check-in is available for your booking.

During the months of May- October you may be able to select a late drop-off time slot during Online Checkin at a reduced cost of $75/hour, subject to availability. This allows you to return your RV outside of the regular 8.00am-9:59am drop-off time. If available, you can select the time you wish to drop off and pay the appropriate late drop-off fee. Charging will begin from 10.00am, up to the last drop off time. Guests who have not selected late drop-off prior to picking up their RV and return their RV late will be charged $150 per hour for each hour or part thereof that the RV is returned late.  Complimentary late drop off is included until 1:59pm during the months of November- April.
 
All locations are open 7 days a week from 1 May to 30 September and no Sunday pick-up fee applies. If you are travelling between 1 October and 30 April and wish to pick up your RV on a Sunday, a fee applies.

We are happy to collect your RV at the end of your trip up to a maximum of 450kms (Halifax and Edmonton 200km) of the drop-off station. The address must have adequate and easily accessible parking or additional charges may apply.  No collection from Montreal Island. Collection time and location are set in advance for pick up. Guest must be present for the final RV inspection and handover of the keys. Additional fees will apply if collection requires a ferry.  Pricing is based on the most direct route to your delivery location.  We reserve the right to refuse a request for collection if circumstances beyond our control prevent us from taking the most direct route. Please note that the delivery/collection service is not available at our Whitehorse location.

*Maximum allowable distance from CanaDream location for RV delivery and collection is 450km at all applicable locations with the exception of Halifax and Edmonton which have a 200km allowable distance. Please note we are unable to provide a collection and delivery service outside of our regular business hours.
We are happy to deliver your ready-to-go RV to you up to a maximum of 450kms (Halifax and Edmonton 200km) of the pick-up station.  The address must have adequate and easily accessible parking. No delivery to Montreal Island. Delivery time is set in advance for personal handover of the keys and documents.  Rental agreement documentation will be processed in advance. Additional fees will apply if delivery requires a ferry.  Pricing is based on the most direct route to your delivery location.  We reserve the right to refuse a request for delivery if circumstances beyond our control prevent us from taking the most direct route.
Please note that the delivery/collection service is not available at our Whitehorse location.

Other Extras

From taking your pet on the road with you to travelling into the USA, we are happy to provide you with options:

We require all Guests to watch our demo videos during the online check-in process. These videos will enable you to become familiar with the use of everything in your chosen RV. At pick-up, you will do a self-guided tour of your RV using our "How to" and Guest guides.

Our videos, Guest guides and "How to" guides are designed to get you on the road quickly.

We are also happy to offer a Personal Demonstration* on the day of pick up (for a $50 fee) where our Guest Service Agent presents your RV and provides a detailed guided instruction lasting around 30 minutes.

*Sorry. The personal demonstration is not available in Edmonton.

One driver is included in our regular packages free of charge.  Add additional drivers for a nightly fee.

Travel on any roads in the United States (including Alaska) is subject to a US Travel fee. The fee must be booked and paid before entering the USA. The insurance policy does not cover driving in the USA unless this fee has been paid.

There is a surcharge of $625 for all RV vacations starting from Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Montreal or Halifax with permission to travel on/in: • Alaska Highway north of Fort St. John, British Columbia • Cassiar Highway (#37) north of Kitwanga, British Columbia • Highway 35 north of Peace River, Alberta • Quebec & Labrador north and east of Sept-Iles • Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Newfoundland.  View full details and an interactive map on our Northern Surcharge page.
CanaDream RVs (with the exception of our TCA) are equipped with generators to provide the RV with electrical power when the RV is not connected to shore power. We are happy to allow Guests to use the generator for a charge per hour or part thereof. This charge is payable at drop-off. You will not be charged for generator use if you purchase our Platinum Plus "We are happy to" package. Generator use is free for pick ups between 1 October and 30 April.
We are happy to welcome your pet travelling with you with payment of a pet fee.  Guests must ensure their pet does not cause any damage to the RV. Extra cleaning charges may apply. Please refer to our pet policy for more information.
It costs only $10 CAD per night (up to a maximum of $100) to rent a Solis WiFi Hotspot from CanaDream. Data is not included in the rental cost. Data packages are purchased directly from our service provider, Telus. View more information on our Solis Mobile Hotspot webpage.

Save time at the entrance gate of Canada's National Parks by purchasing your Parks Canada Discovery Pass from CanaDream.   Passes must be prepurchased and will be given to you when you pick up your RV. The Adult pass is valid for one adult, aged 18-64, and is valid for one year from date of pick up.
