Here's our measures to ensure we protect you and our Cast.

01.

BEFORE YOU PICK UP

Only travel if you are healthy

Please check that you are not experiencing any common Covid-19 symptoms including fever, cough, and loss of taste and that you have not been in contact with anyone testing positive for Covid-19 nor tested positive yourself.

Check in online

Online check in opens 90 days before departure. Please complete the process so you can get on the road faster on day of pick up. Online check-in

Read all your documentation

So you know what the pick-up process is.

Call your station for your pick-up time

Call us the day before pick up or on the morning of pick up, to be informed of your exact pick-up time.

Transfers

If you have booked a CanaDream Transfer we’ll give you the details when you call us.

02.

AT THE STATION

Arrive on time, not early!

Please arrive at your pre-allocated pick-up time. Arriving early will only mean you have longer to wait. With social distancing in place, we are minimising the number of Guests at each station in each pick-up slot.

Wear a face mask ...

while at the station and when approaching the check-in desks.

Maintain social distancing

Maintain 2 metres distance from others at all times.

Use hand sanitizer

We have hand sanitizer available at every station for your convenience.

Allocate one person

in the travelling party to enter our station to perform the check in- asking all other members to remain outside or to take seats in the waiting room.

Be ready

Have your booking documentation, driver's licence and credit card with you for check in.

We love to clean

High flow areas are regularly sanitized.

GETTING YOUR RV

Clean and ready for you!

Every RV has been cleaned and sanitized ready for you. We assure you of the highest standards of cleaning on every vehicle.

Self Guided Demo

You are now in charge of your vehicle demo.  Watch our “How to video”, take the self-guided tour, review the Guest Guide, ask any questions and point out any concerns. Understanding how everything operates before you depart will give you peace of mind for the start of your holiday.

Check if you have everything

If you booked extras such as a Coffee maker, bike racks, lawn chairs etc - make sure you have them in your RV before setting off.

Ask for help

Not getting the hang of the RV instructions? ... just ask a Cast member for help.  We will be happy to show you what you need to know.

DROP OFF AND DEPARTURE

COVID-19 Precautions at drop off

Prior to returning your RV, please read and understand our COVID-19 precautions at drop off. View this document in English or  French.

Arrive back on time

That’s between 8-10am unless you have booked late drop off!

Stay with your RV

Until our Guest Service Agent greets you. We’ll run through some checks and questions with you.

Follow our “Before your Drop off your RV” Instructions

Ensure your waste tanks (black and grey water) are empty, your fuel has been topped up to the same level as at departure and your RV is clean and free of garbage.   If you have purchased our Valet service - you have less to do before you return your RV!

Wear your mask

When in the station grounds.

Don't forget to double check

You have packed everything- check and double check!

Transfers

We’ll tell you the time of your transfer.
