Yes, please call and make a viewing appointment prior to showing up at one of our Stations - appointments will be set up following current COVID-19 guidelines. All RVs on the sales line are cleaned and sanitized after every showing. We are happy for our Customers to go inside and to have a look.

Find an RV you are interested in online and we will be happy to create a custom walk-through video to send you. Let us know if there is a particular operation or feature that you would like explained or demonstrated and we will be sure to include it!

It’s important that our Customers feel comfortable during their time with our Sales Team and, for that reason, we have implemented COVID-19 Safety protocols at all our Stations. We ask that you please:

1. Call to make a viewing appointment prior to arriving to view an RV
2. Have no more than 2 people present at the viewing appointment
3. Wear a mask while at our Station, during your RV tour, and while you interact with our RV Product Advisors
4. Maintain social distancing practices
5. Use the hand sanitizer stations which have been made available at every Station.

Yes. You will get the balance of any remaining chassis factory warranty when you purchase an RV from CanaDream, as well as our own "First Trip Warranty". Additionally, we offer optional extended warranties at time of purchase.
Yes, financing your RV with CanaDream is quick, easy and safe! We deal with most major banks and credit unions and will be happy to assist in obtaining financing on your behalf. US Residents with established Canadian credit may also apply.
Yes, we are happy to offer Service appointments at all our locations. All Sales Customers receive a 20% discount on all parts, as part of their CanaDream Club benefits.
Yes, as part of our Sales Customer Preparations after the RV is sold, all CanaDream logos and phone numbers are removed and replaced with Original Factory Decals. The side swishes remain, as they are part of the Motorhome design.

Some Customers choose to keep a portion of the CanaDream logo package, such as the CanaDream leaf, which we are happy for them to do.

Upon purchase, you automatically become a member of the CanaDream Club. This gives you access to our 24/7 technical support line, 20% off parts and labour at all CanaDream locations, fuel discounts with our gas station partner, preferential rates at our partner hotels, discounts at many of our CanaDream Club partner campgrounds and attractions, and access to our demo videos. Take your first trip and if you encounter anything that is part of the Mechanical Fitness Assessment or our Coach Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), outside of normal wear and tear or ill usage, simply contact us upon your return to arrange a Service Appointment with one of our service centres. We will repair these deficiencies at our cost. All you have to do is get the RV to us, and then come pick it up when it’s done. We appreciate that some Customers do not use their RV right away, so your first trip can be any time up to 6 months after you take delivery of your CanaDream RV.
