Buy individually

Our most popular service and its no wonder. Guests are required to return their RV clean, so let us take care of the final cleaning of your RV, allowing you to stay in holiday mode to the last minute.  Our valet service includes:

- One hour of exterior cleaning
- One hour of interior cleaning
- Final emptying of holding tanks
- Garbage disposal and recycling

Our Peace of Mind service includes:*

- Lock out service (keys locked in unit)
- Lost key replacement
- Emergency towing (first 50km
    included, not related to an accident)
- Jump start
- Flat tire change using spare located in the RV
   (cost of tire excluded)
- Fuel delivery service (up to 20 litres,
   cost of fuel not included)
*A maximum of $400 is payable per incident.
It is common to experience rock chips or windshield cracks when driving on Canadian roads. Protect yourself from expensive windshield repairs by purchasing our Windshield Protection Plan.  Limited to one windshield replacement per trip or up to three stone chip repairs.

Kilometre Packages

Kilometre package options enable you to save money when you travel further than the number of kilometres included in your nightly rate.

At any time up until you pick up your vehicle, you can purchase an unlimited kilometre package.  This package enables you to travel as far as you like for one fixed fee for up to 21 nights.  Travelling for more than 21 nights? No problem - extra nights can be added on a cost per night basis.
At any time up until you pick up your vehicle, you can add additional kilometre packages.  If you do not purchase additional kilometres, you will be charged the current per kilometre rate when you drop off your RV.

Your booking includes 100km per night. If you require more kilometres on your vacation, you can either purchase one of our kilometre packs or upgrade to 160km per night for an additional fee per night.

Sitting around the campfire is an important part of the RV experience.  Add lawn chairs to your booking.
Bike racks are available for our MHA, MHB and SVC vehicles.
For Guests who enjoy hot toast with their breakfast, we are happy to offer electric toaster rental. Please note that you must be plugged into an electrical power source or be using the generator for the toaster to work.
A filter drip coffee maker is included as part of the kitchen kit. Electric coffee makers are also available for a small fee.
We are happy to offer all Guests experiencing Canada at their own pace, the convenience of the Travel Tab Navigator GPS product. In a handy smart phone size device which comes with its own mounting kit and carry bag, getting from A to B has never been easier.
We are happy to offer all Guests experiencing Canada at their own pace, the convenience of the Travel Tab Navigator with unlimited wifi. Enjoy endless data for up to two devices.  This must be pre-purchased at time of RV pick up.
We are happy to offer 3 in 1 child seats for our Guests for a small fee. During peak season these may be in short supply so we suggest you book these prior to your arrival or bring your own with you. We do not rent portable cribs, strollers or playpens.
An additional overcab mattress is available which fits between the two overcab beds. This converts the overcab bed to one large bed or enables three small children to sleep above the cab. This mattress must be pre-requested and is subject to availability.

For your convenience, we offer the following for purchase at our locations:

Toilet chemical drop-ins are required to help break down waste matter in the RV toilet and to reduce smells. A new drop-in needs to be added every time you empty the waste tanks.
Only one-ply toilet paper manufactured for marine or RV use is to be used in the RV. Two and three ply paper will clog the waste tanks. Guest are responsible for clearing clogged tanks. For your convenience, we have one-ply toilet paper available for purchase at our RV pick-up locations.

Services

It’s our pleasure to offer a range of services  to make the most of your time on the road:

With payment of the one-way fee, you can pick up your RV at one CanaDream location and drop it off at a different location.  One way bookings are not available into or our of our Edmonton location.
With payment of the one-way fee from Calgary to Vancouver, you can pick up your RV in Calgary and drop it off in Vancouver.
Our regular pick-up times are between 1.00pm and 4.00pm. Get on the road earlier when you select early pick-up for your RV.
Late dropoff allows you to drop offf your RV by 3.00pm instead of the usual 8.00am-10.00am. Enjoy your last day on the road without rushing back.
All locations (except Edmonton) are open 7 days a week from 1 May to 30 September and no Sunday pick-up fee applies. If you are travelling between 1 October and 30 April and wish to pick up your RV on a Sunday, a fee applies.

We are happy to deliver your ready-to-go RV to you up to a maximum of 70kms of the pick-up station (Halifax & Whitehorse 50km). Address must have adequate parking. No delivery to Montreal Island. Delivery time set in advance for personal handover of the keys and documents.  Rental agreement documentation will be processed in advance.
We are happy to collect your RV at the end of your trip up to a maximum of 70kms of the drop off station (Halifax & Whitehorse 50km). Address must have adequate parking. No collection from Montreal Island. Collection time and location is set in advance for pick up. Guest must be present for the final RV inspection and handover of the keys.

Other Extras

From taking your pet on the road with you to travelling into the USA, we are happy to provide you with options:

One driver is incluyded in our regular packages free of charge.  Add additional drivers for a nightly fee.

Travel on any roads in the United States (including Alaska) is subject to a US Travel fee. The fee must be booked and paid before entering the USA. The insurance policy does not cover driving in the USA unless this fee has been paid.

Travel in northern parts of Canada is subject to our Northern Surcharge. View our Northern Surcharge map in English or French to see whether this surcharge applies to you.  The Northern Surcharge is included when Guests pick up their RVs at our Whitehorse location.
CanaDream RVs (with the exception of our TCA) are equipped with generators to provide the RV with electrical power when the RV is not connected to shore power. We are happy to allow Guests to use the generator for a nightly fee (a maximum fee per booking applies).
We are happy to welcome your pet travelling with you with payment of a pet fee.  Guests must ensure their pet does not cause any damage to the RV. Extra cleaning charges may apply. Please refer to our pet policy for more information.
There is a surcharge for all RV vacations starting from any of our locations with permission to travel to the Burning Man Festival in Nevada, USA.  Vehicles for Burning Man must be expressly requested and confirmed at time of reservation.  Guests who travel to Burning Man without permission will be subject to a penalty and will void all insurance coverage.

CanaDream is happy to offer transfers to or from the Montreal Pierre Trudeau airport or CanaDream listed Montreal airport hotels for a small charge per booking. This service will be operated by a CanaDream shuttle service.

The transfer service is not available from other locations.
