Useful Information

Many of our guests like to pre order their shopping for their first few days. With online ordering you can order from the comfort of your home and on the day of pick up simply collect at the store. The following grocery stores are close to our station and offer an online ordering service.  The website links for each supermarket will enable you to choose the supermarket closest to the route you intend taking when you leave the pick-up location.   Please use postal code Y1A 4Z3 when searching for the most convenient store for your needs.

Your vehicle will be delivered to you with a minimum 1/4 tank of fuel. We recommend you plan to fill your tank before driving any distance on your first day.  The following are some gas stations close to our Whitehorse location where you can fill up, both at pick up and before you drop off your RV.

Please return your RV in a clean condition to avoid paying additional cleaning charges. A light coating of dust is acceptable however we ask that heavy dirt be washed off the vehicle to enable us to see any new damage. The closest truck wash to our Whitehorse location is shown below.

Your RV is to be returned with the waste tanks empty to avoid paying the current dumping fee.

If you are unable to empty your waste tanks at your last campsite, the following locations have sani dump facilities. All of these sani dumps are closed in winter.

Please note that some sani-dumps may require direct payment of a fee. A list of other sani dumps may be viewed at www.sanidumps.com.

If you are unable to empty your own tanks, CanaDream is happy to do this for you with payment of the current fee.

We are happy to provide Guests with a link to a website showing propane refuelling stations across Canada.  You can view this website here. Please note that not all propane refill stations on this website have have the ability to refill an RV. Please call the propane refilling station prior to arriving to check they can refill RVs.

Where space is available, we are happy for CanaDream Guests to park a car at our location while heading off on an RV road trip. This is strictly subject to availability in our lot and based on a first come first served basis. Reservations for parking are not possible and only one car is allowed per booking. We cannot offer any guarantee that parking will be available on any given day. If you are travelling during our peak travel months (Early June-Late August), we suggest you research alternative options for parking.
