Benefits and Perks

Employee Benefits

It is mandatory that all permanent Cast members of CanaDream are covered by life insurance, AD&D, dependent life and LTD. Cast members can opt out of our dental and extended health option if they provide proof of alternative coverage to payroll.

Promote from Within Program

CanaDream believes in promoting those dedicated and high performing Cast members who have demonstrated a keen ability to assume leadership roles. Promoted Cast members are provided with learning and development opportunities

Bonus Program

Every CanaDream Cast member has a significant impact on day-to-day operations. CanaDream enjoys rewarding its Cast members through the bonus plan. Payments are based on CanaDream’s annual operating income and a significant percentage of the annual income is designated as the bonus pool.

Educational Assistance

CanaDream has an educational assistance program to assist permanent Cast members, who are not on leave, pay for pre-approved courses that will benefit them and CanaDream.

Apprenticeship Program

This program helps Cast members upgrade their job-related skills. CanaDream will decide which trades to pursue, and which Cast members will be accepted into the program.

Living Orange and Long Service Awards

  • Recognition for extra effort in creating memories for our Guests, Customers and Cast with our Living Orange Awards
  • Long Service Awards after Cast members reach each 5 year milestone of working with CanaDream
