We are conveniently located a short walk away from Vancouver’s rapid transit system, the famous SkyTrain, from which the entirety of Vancouver is just a short ride away.

We are directly adjacent to Burnaby Lake and the Brunette-Fraser Greenway if you are looking to experience our excellent greenspaces, and to see Canadian nature and wildlife up close. We also have a wide array of amenities within our park including a heated indoor pool and hot tub, a convenience store, a laundromat, a fitness room, a games room, a playground, and a lounge.


Hiking, kayaking, and whale watching are all possible day trip excursions while staying at BCRV. You can see the mountains and the ocean all in the same trip! Our friendly staff can even assist you with planning and booking your excursions. If you are looking to visit the many attractions Vancouver has to offer, then BCRV is the RV park for you! We are just a 30-minute SkyTrain ride away from Downtown Vancouver, and from there the vast majority of Vancouver’s attractions are easily accessible. Rent a bicycle from one of the many bicycle shops in the Downtown area and go for a leisurely ride around Stanley Park and Downtown’s seawall.


Take advantage of the fact that we are only a 1.5-hour drive to Whistler village, a 30-minute drive to the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal, and a 40-minute drive to the Tsawwassen ferry terminal. The ferries can take you to Bowen Island, the Sunshine Coast, Victoria, or Nanaimo.
