Last year we introduced you to some Marmot Basin basics, so this year we’re giving an update on everything that’s new at the resort.
Marmot Basin Joined the Mountain Collective
New for 2022, Ski Marmot Basin is now part of the Mountain Collective. This is a group of the world’s best resorts, offering two free days at each with the purchase of a Mountain Collective Pass. A fantastic deal if you’re picking up one of our RVs this winter as there are currently 5 other Canadian resorts within driving distance of Jasper on the Mountain Collective pass – check out this interactive map for to find them all!


Go Contactless with RFID
It’s the second year of the RFID contactless system at Ski Marmot Basin. You can buy your lift tickets with CanaDream, then pick up your RFID card at the ticket windows or the Marmot Sales Centre in downtown Jasper and go straight to the lifts. Then create your account and reload your RFID card online for your next visit.

Expanded Car Parking
All the parking lots at Ski Marmot Basin were expanded over the summer to create 300 extra spaces, so there is lots of space for your RV. If you’ve already got your loaded RFID card when you arrive, you can park and go straight to the lifts, then head straight back to your car via Home Run at the end of your day.


Book your Adventure
Booking an RV and driving the Canadian Rockies makes for an unforgettable vacation and Ski Marmot Basin should be top of your list. Novices and experts can ride the same chair, then ski or snowboard the runs at their ability level and easily meet at the chair lift loading area for the next lap.
