CanaDream COVID-19 Update: as of 18 June 2020

Firstly, we want to say a massive thank you to all front-line workers who have been working so hard to protect Canada during the last few months. We know there have been many sacrifices and we are grateful. Our own CanaDream Cast have been working throughout, assisting families and businesses with temporary accommodations and helping our business to adapt to the changing situation. We are blessed with an amazing team.

We are happy to say that we are on the road again.  With campsites reopening across Canada and the gentle easing of restrictions, there is no safer way to enjoy some relaxation than by getting out in a CanaDream RV.

Guest experience and safety has always been our number one priority. We consult with the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), and other agencies to ensure we are aligned with the latest information to help us make the best decisions for our Guests and Cast. CanaDream standards

Since the start of COVID we have introduced many new processes to minimise touch points with our vehicle servicing, cleaning and RV preparation through to the RV handover to each Guest:

  • Our RV’s are prepped and cleaned by our Cast wearing masks and gloves
  • We use commercial grade cleaning materials to combat germs and, once cleaned, the RV’s will sit in quarantine for a period of time before Guests arrive
  • All CanaDream Cast members are working within socially distanced guidelines
  • Guests check in online to reduce the check in time with our Cast
  • Glass screens have been fitted in all stations along with 2-meter guidance floor stickers
  • Check in times are controlled to minimise the number of Guests inside our stations at any one time. We get families into their RVs as quickly as possible
  • RV pickup process is adapted to a self-guided tour, with video rather than a person-to-person demo. Guests can also watch all demo videos on our website prior to RV collection
  • We are offering a new RV delivery and collection service. Iif you live close to our stations, you can book this online at the time of making your reservation
  • Drop-off process has been refined to assist the safe drop off and handling of the returning RV in line with new procedures.
