The most popular tour is a full-day hiking tour to San Josef Bay in Cape Scott Provincial Park. This tour takes guests to the West Coast of Northern Vancouver Island that is accessed by active logging roads. Upon reaching the trailhead, the group hikes through an old-growth forest that emerges onto a vast, sandy beach that has ocean-eroded sea stacks, sea caves, tidal pools and the opportunity to view wildlife.
All tour locations are carefully selected to make sure that they are suitable for guests of all ages who are reasonably mobile. During the high-season Cove Adventure offer tours to San Josef Bay six days each week in a 15-passenger van that is outfitted for off-road conditions. Guides and passenger vans are also available for private tours upon request.
