1. What do you like most about your job?
Working in sales is a fast-paced environment and I enjoy the challenge each day brings. My favourite aspect of the job is interacting with the RV Customer.
2. What is the secret to be a great RV Product Advisor?
The ability to listen to your Customers and understand their wants and needs.
3. What skills do you need to be great at this job?
To be great at this job you need to be a good host and an excellent listener. You need to welcome Customers into the show room, make them feel comfortable and have the ability to discuss RV travel.

Everyone on my team is provided with a copy of our custom-built sales process to review and learn and refer to throughout their career. I am happy to provide ongoing training and support to my Sales Team … they know they can pick up the phone or send me a text and I’ll always make myself available to assist.
