Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy This Cancellation Policy applies to regular bookings for travel between 1 January 2022 and 1 April 2024 and is not applicable to special offers, relocations or group bookings.  Please refer to our Group Cancellation Policy or our Relocation Cancellation Policy for information about these.

If RV is booked and cancelled within 5 days there is "No Charge" when the RV departure date is greater than 60 days from the booking date. Bookings cancelled more than 5 days after booking date are subject to the following cancellation charges:

Over 60 days prior to departure $100
59-30 days prior to departure 20% of the vehicle charge plus any one way fee
29-15 days prior to departure 50% of the vehicle charge plus any one way fee
14 days to day of departure and no shows 100% of the booking total
