What is the security deposit amount at pick up?
A refundable $3000.00 security deposit will be processed on a credit card during Online check-in. This deposit must be made by credit card and will be refunded to the same card at drop off as long as the vehicle is returned in a clean and undamaged condition with all equipment and/or convenience kits returned. Please note that, for pickups on or after 1 April 2024, the standard liability will increase to $3,000 and you will have the option to reduce this by selecting a Liability Reduction Option.
